Create with Scratch
Snap blocks together to make sprites move, talk, count and play
Block coding & Scratch · ages 6–10 · 9 hours over 5 weeks · 2 classes a week, 1 hour each · GH₵300.00
Children build with Scratch, the free block language from MIT. Over five weeks — 2 live classes a week, 1 hour each, one class per module — they make sprites move and talk when the green flag is clicked, steer them with coordinates, animate them with loops, make them react with “if touching”, keep score with variables and get characters talking to each other with messages. Every lesson is something to build or a puzzle to solve, and every class is followed by practice, a quick check and an assignment. It ends with Catch the Stars: a real game of their own, with a goal, controls, a score and a way to win.
